Man those are some weak line ups. Out of the 4 shows there's only one match I have interest in, which is Mark Briscoe vs. Hiromu Takahashi on night 2.

Really weak lineups. I'll probably watch the Hiromu matches and title matches and skip the rest.

"Ring of Honor's event had many amazing matches but I was incredibly disappointed by the main event of The Kingdom against Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks. The Kingdom did everything they could to make Bullet Club members look good, to the point of making themselves look weak. I was let down in this match because I was supposed to see three of the best wrestlers on the planet, Omega and the Young Bucks, and instead I saw three guys who seemed to want to goof around. I do understand that you want to have fun in the ring, but comedy eclipsed the art and skill that I desperately wanted to see from these individuals. I know wrestling fans across the world have been going on about Omega being the best on the planet, but the people sitting around me were let down too. They commented that the match looked like a local indy match. So sad." slam.canoe.com/Slam/Wrestling/2017/10/13/22758406.html

To be honest, what did people expect? Kenny Omega was going to bring out the working boots for a trios match against the fucking Kingdom? These cobranded shows are always fun, but honestly I can't remember the last great ****1/2 match to come from them. Contrast that with like the NJPW american special and it's no contest.

Was browsing the ROH website and noticed this was on sale for $6.99. www.rohwrestling.com/product/022115-winter-warriors-tour-atlanta-georgia-dvdThis was the card: Caprice Coleman vs "P-Dog" Mike Posey Corey Hollis vs. Jonathan Gresham #Reborn Matt Sydal vs Delirious Roderick Strong vs Kyle O'Reilly Moose w/ former Falcon John Abraham & Stokely Hathaway vs ACH Six Man Mayhem Match Hanson vs Jay Lethal vs Will Ferrara vs Cedric Alexander vs Michael Elgin vs Tommaso Ciampa “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles vs Bobby Fish *Main Event* 2 out of 3 Falls Tag Team Armageddon Match 1st Fall - Regular Match / 2nd Fall - Tables Match / 3rd Fall - Falls Count Anywhere The Kingdom (Michael Bennett & Matt Taven) w/ Maria Kanellis vs Mark & Jay Briscoe Brothers I was there live with mom. One of my all time favorite Ring of Honor shows. Really felt like the glory days again and got me super back into the product. If you've never seen it, it's more than worth the $6.99 to check it out, bubbas and sisters.

I actually watched it back in 2015 on your rec. The main event is so much better than it has any right to be, Hollis vs Gresham is such a cool matchup, Strong vs KOR could main event literally any big ROH show, even that Styles vs Fish match, FUCK. It's super good. Sad thing is, I'm sure there's a few hidden gems like this in 2016 and 2017, but no one watches all of ROH to tell me what they are.

I actually said, at the time, that the Strong/KOR match was legitimately one of my all time favorite LIVE matches to have seen in person. No lie. I put it up there with HBK/UT from WM 25 and Punk/Cena from MITB 2011. Legit chills up and down my body watching that match. It was the early days of shaking. Naturally, they killed the territory with the very next Atlanta show, but that's what they do, baby. That's what they do.

It amazes me how much they screwed up Kyle O'Reilly. He wasn't even one of the dudes dying to go to WWE and yet they just screwed him around so much he decided he was finished.

They're gonna headline SCOH with Cody vs Omega, right?

They're gonna headline SCOH with Cody vs Omega, right? Not sure what else they can do. Omega was obviously the biggest star this past weekend, and he'll be the biggest star that weekend too. They don't have to main event with the title, so if Castle wins the belt at Final Battle, they can just have him defend on the undercard.

The only reason they don't do Cody vs Omega is if NJPW wants to do that match instead (or don't want to turn Omega firm babyface).
Will be funny when ROH fans cheer Cody over Omega.

Anyone else nothing Ring of Honor has gone all in on a black/white/gray color scheme across all their social media now?
It's the a Bullet Club promotion, just not in name.
I actually have zero issues with this. Think that's a neat little marketing thing to attach themselves to the hottest of the hot.

I need them to do a Bullet Club Souled Out so we can have a lockdown for worst show of the year in my WON Awards ballot.
