Has started to hit his stride as the Powerbomb champion and I think it's safe to say he's having a low key strong year. There is a lot of just sort of okay stuff that sort of goes in one eye and out the other with him. And some polarizing stuff like the Royal title match from Action which was flat live, but seems to have been a hit with a lot of online viewers. But he's also had some really good performances vs Kevin Ku, Travis Huckabee, Joey Janela, Eddie Kingston, Shotzi Blackheart, Tom Lawlor and others. Williams is a guy who almost always hits triples or singles but rarely strikes out and those sort of guys are reliable yes votes, but not guys you can really rate super high.

After Mania weekend I had him in my top 10, he's now hovering around 40th. Him not being in Evolve for now means he isn't guaranteed any more points, but if I do a Powerbomb binge I could see him slipping back into my top 25

I think I was high vote on Hot Sauce last year and I might be even higher on him this year. He's not the most exciting guy in the world, but he's consistent as hell with pretty high volume. He'll have a good-to-great match with just about anyone put in front of him.

I really had no use for him in Evolve/WWN and he stayed in the promotion two years past the point where it made sense. Once he left, he started being much more compelling in the ring and his Powerbomb title reign really produced some great stuff. His SOTF match with Gresham really turned the corner for me. Wasn't sure if he would make the list in early December, now he's definitely a lock.
