Wasn't really a fan of his while he was in TNA/GFW/Impact, but I've changed my tune since seeing him after he left. He's had 3 really good matches with Pete Dune this year in the UK tournament, Progress, and NXT. He's also had some fun high flying deals with Will Ospreay and Shane Strickland. He's a few good matches away from being a lock for me, but I expect to have him in my final ballot.

Lock for the top half of my ballot. At worse the 2nd best through and through babyface in wrestling and is great whether it’s a tag match or singles. One of the most reliable guys in wrestling.

Have known the guy since he was like 16 and he's consistently been one of my favorites to watch ever since then. Has done well this year in matchups I've seen literally dozens of times with Dunne and Ospreay. The Dunne matches were all fun but nothing I could really sink my teeth into, with the NXT TV match coming the closest of the three. The Ospreay match is probably a little better than all of those but still nothing spectacular. So far he's lacking the sort of standout singles match like he had last year against Hero. He didn't make my list last year even with the Hero match so I doubt I include him this time around even if he's real appealing.
