Not the guy you'd think of when it comes to having great matches on the regular, but his no DQ/death match stuff has been really good this year. He's had a few solid matches against Joey Janela, Mark Haskins, and a 6 man tag against British Strong Style, with his best match being a legitimately great no DQ match against Pete Dunne at Chapter 45. Expecting him to turn up somewhere in the middle to late parts of my list.

Outside of the obvious picks like Gibson and Sexsmith, Havoc might just be my PROGRESS MVP for the year. Despite being firmly entrenched in the main event BSS shenanigans that I've mostly despised, he managed to sail through multiple matches with that crew that left me going "well, at least Havoc was good there". Throw in the Haskins feud and blowoff that I quite liked and he's got a solid chance of sneaking into a high spot on my list. Sleepwalking through TOD certainly hurts his case for me but even then his personality carried him even when he was putting in little effort.
