Not the best run in BOSJ but he didn't really have a ton to work with. Still, he had some really good matches against BUSHI and KUSHIDA and his trios and singles matches in CMLL have always delivered. An excellent high-flier and probable middle of the pack pick.

Been catching up on lucha lately and he's faring pretty well. Probably a bit lower than last year, but still having a very good year. I do agree that his BOSJ run wasn't super excellent, but I'm not really gonna hold that against him, because almost no one had a good BOSJ.

His BOSJ run was ok. Just watched the Rey Fenix match, the Universal tournament stuff along with his match last night with Caristico and he came off as one of the biggest heels in lucha. Glad that he's progressed his heel turn from last year when he was a heel in Elite. He's the same highspot guy but now he's arrogant about it.

Really liked the Caristico and Fenix matches and was surprised to see he works fairly well as a heel. I also revisited the Ultimo Guerrero matches which are really good spotfests.
