Not someone I would call the most exciting performer but he is someone I'll end up putting on my list. His matches with Darby Allin(the first one, haven't seen the second yet.), Keith Lee, and Kyle O'Reilly were good, and he had some good tag stuff against the Doom Patrol, Dijak and Elgin, and Cobb and Thatcher. My biggest knock with him is that when his stuff doesn't work it really doesn't work, but he's had enough stuff I liked to get him in.

His match against Ace Romero from Beyond is the company's best match of the year so he definitely warrants consideration.

What an all over the place performer. I find his style can often lend itself to sleepwalk matches, especially against subpar opponents. But when he hits, he hits. He was instrumental in that WWN title six-way, and he's had good stuff in Beyond and AIW. Even though his EVOLVE stuff has been a bit lacking (atleast as far as I've seen), it's still a top 100 resume for sure.

Tracy Williams is Mr. Consistency for me. I rarely find him in ****+ matches, but he's a dude that seems to have a ***1/4-***3/4 match for me every time I see him. Probably in my top 50 based on the volume of rock solid matches I've seen from him.
