The RPG vs. Young Bucks series was very good and he had a surprisingly decent match against Yujiro, but not sure that will be enough. Especially when you consider how tag teams like the Usos, New Day, Ambrollins, and the Bar have been putting on better matches.

Will not be making my list due to persistent whining and crying on social media.

Best Friends vs LDRS is the best tag match to happen in the US this year and the Bucks match from Long Beach is my favorite RPG Vice match ever. Has quietly worked his way to becoming one of the best babyfaces in wrestling and delivers when given a singles opportunity against Cobb, ZSJ, Lerae, or Fenix.

Trent could quietly sneak into the bottom half of my top 100 when it's all said and done. He's consistently been the guy to do go all out in his matches this year, be it in PWG or NJPW. I don't have the Bucks/RPG trilogy rated as highly as most, but that has more to do with the Bucks' complacency than Trent. His heavyweight singles career is going to be shaky at best (he's the fifth in line in CHAOS heavies behind Okada, Ishii, Goto and YOSHI-HASHI), but a few fun performances in tag team action could keep him in the 70s or 80s.

I think Trent's been having a great year that's gone under quite a few peoples' radars. RPG Vice has had a hell of a year as a team, especially the matches with the Bucks. But what's putting him over the top for me is his year in PWG. He's brought consistently great performances to a promotion that's been a pretty inconsistent throughout the year. The LDRS/Best Friends match and Trent/Fenix rank with some of my absolute favorite matches anywhere this year.
