One of the best heels in indie wrestling, though I admit he doesn't have a huge depth chart of must see matches. Still he's a guy who I enjoy every time I see him and I think he adds a unique dynamic to every show he's on. Really liked the match with Dominic Garrini from AIW if you are looking for a quick rec, but generally he's good any time he gets to run his mouth and then work off of it in the match. Easily on my "guys to watch" list for 2018.

I generally don't consider promos and other out-of-ring work for lists like these, but I might have to make an exception with MJF. He's not touching the likes of Gibson and Royal and Miz for me, but he's easily one of the better heels in the world and, moreover, isn't afraid of stooging, which helps a lot in that regard. I've yet to see him have a really good match, even against some of my favs like Silver, Trevor, and Romero, but even then he manages to consistently be in the best matches on CZW cards. That's not a high bar to clear but he does so with a lot of poise. Might sneak onto my list if he pumps out a few more of those acceptable Wired title defenses and if I get around to his non-CZW stuff.
Sidebar: if the name change came about because he literally didn't know about Rob Feinstein, I might shit a brick laughing.

Won't make my list despite being one of my favorite acts in wrestling this year. But I do think he could be the type of guy to make it next year, working bigger names and improving more rapidly.

I think he is just missing the cut this year. Look for him to show up in more places next year and also make the top 100
