Probably the most aggravating person to discuss in wrestling today and that's really not his fault. I wrote something about how amazing it was he went from low level NY indies to the WWE Title within a year and you would have thought I wrote the wrestling equivalent of saying "Hitler gets a bum rap."
So, with that said, I haven't seen a great match from him this year, but he's had numerous good ones. The Nakamura matches have been generally underrated in my opinion and his TV stuff has been better than most give him credit for. When you consider his match vs. Cesaro earlier this year and what he's done since, he's clearly worked and improved during his title reign. With a roster with a higher in ring rep, I get the complaints that other people's favorites aren't pushed higher. But, he's not the awful worker people claim and I also think he's Most Improved this year.

He didn't do much but the latest Nakamura match was okay, in the **1/2 range with a clearly more motivated than usual Nak. Programming him with AJ would be a genius choice.

He really doesn't have a chance at making my list. I think he's improved a bit over the year and I like some of his stuff with Orton but that's not nearly enough for me to seriously consider him.

Imagine watching that match last night and not thinking Jinder has talent. He bumped just as well as AJ did and threw out so much more in his repertoire than we've seen. Could be because he was working with a guy willing to take risks and not someone prancing through the motions, could also play into the larger story they told with Jinder's title reign--how he started as a guy who got hot at the right time and has slowly evolved into a killer who got tough when the going got tough. He got flashy and it cost him down the line.
Top 30 in the world. Absolutely.

Still wouldn't make a top 300 but he had a *** match with the best wrestler in the world so I guess that's a good point for him.

Best of the four matches I've seen them have together this year.

If this is the end of the line as the top guy on Smackdown, it was a fine run. I never thought he stunk up the joint - except for the Punjabi Prison but that wasn't his fault - and never thought he created magic either. His best effort was the Orton match at MITB and he deserves a lot of credit for creating such a great atmosphere in the AJ match. Probably makes the bottom 20 of the Top 100, which ain't bad at all.

Clash of Champions match vs AJ was excellent.
Would put it up there with the Manchester title change and the Orton MITB match as my three fav Jinder matches this year.

Currently sitting at #25. Any lower and it'd be a travesty.
Just looking back, his run on TV from the #1 Contender's six pack to the Toronto match with Orton was unbelievable. In both building him up and him telling his story while on top.
