Fiery baby face comebacks are great, and even better when done by a literal baby. Zombie Jr. looks all of 13 and has been in this incredibly violent and bloody feud with MS 1/2 (he changed his name to MS Miedo recently, and I don't know why) slamming each other in to chairs, slipping all over and getting the crowd incredibly hype each time. The crowd is going as wild for Zombie Jr. as the crowds were for Mistico 10 years ago, albeit on a bit smaller scale. Something has to be said for being able to get a crowd behind you this much, even if the crowd is comprised of your aunts and uncles that are legitimately concerned for your health as could be the case here. I'm not sure if he will make my list for sure, but if it comes down to him or like Will Osprey to round out the 100 that is a pretty easy decision for me. If you use luchablog's match finder, you can find several tag matches that continued their feud, but here are the 3 "bigger" matches of the feud: NAME OF SHOW | DATE OF SHOW | MATCH | NOTES | RATING | LINK | Arena Mastin III | 7/9/2017 | Zombie Jr. vs. MS 1/2 | Two kids having a wild bloody brawl. This is a lot of fun. It's rough in the beginning, but if you stick with it it gets really good. | 3 3/4 | www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-LUhsPVcww | Arena Mastin III | 11/19/2017 | Coyote Jr. vs. Zombie Jr. vs. MS 1/2 | Checking back in with my favorite 2 14 year old luchadors (I've actually watched another 2 matches or more that are not on this list) and the chain in this dog collar match has all sorts of problems, but if you overlook that this is not bad. | 3 | www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljd1PuPSyv4 | Arena Mastin III | 12/3/2017 | Zombie Jr. vs. MS 1/2 vs. Coyote Jr. (hair vs. mask vs. mask) | The rematch to the chain match?? Whatever it is, most of the match is the two rudos beating up Zombie Jr., who then gets a huge babyface comeback with the crowd going nuts. If this is the blowoff to the feud, it was great. | 3 1/2 | youtu.be/BNsnFInwWT8 |
