Kind of feels like a wasted vote with so many ballots in, but this guy is really good. Had a fun year as a virtual extra in AAW, and I enjoy his ability to switch from goof/stooge to hyper competent guy with insanely good offense and awesome finish. That said his real standout stuff was on smaller stages. The Stephen Wolf series crosses over from IPW to PGP, and while I think a couple of the matches didn't fully click, the sprint from the Hall of Fame show (free on YouTube) is really excellent, borderline hoot of the year level stuff. On the flipside the iron man match, while arguably spamming to many falls, is really damn good. Other PGP work was solid as well. His Freelance run has been excellent to. The Arik Cannon match is just solid, but the matches v. Dingo, Jake Parnell and Zack Gowen are all very good, with the Gowen match being actually great and an incredible heel performance from Collins. If he was put in a position to really to carry the heel side of high profile and/or weekly promotion, he'd probably be someone I could see sneaking into a top 20. As it stands I'm not sure I'll rate him just because this is coming on the tail end of the voting and I'm not sure it can make a real impact. On the flipside, I'm not sure I can honestly say there are 100 wrestlers who were better than him last year.

It bums me out that he hasn't been on the last few Lasalle shows. He's incredibly over in that building, and he takes bumps like a somehow sleazier Buddy Rose. Won't make my list, but I love him to death.
