Three matches so far this year and at least 1-2 more to come is probably not enough to give him fair consideration. However, the singles matches were both high level title matches and one was a title win. You can quibble about the logic and booking of his win over Naito and the quality of the match was nothing worth writing home about. On the flip side, the WK match with Omega was one of my favorites this year and a very different type of match than he's been doing over the last few years. So, right now, probably on the outside looking in. Might change with a more active fall schedule.

As low as his output has been, middle-aged brawler Jericho is the best he's looked in years. Probably not enough to rank too highly, but might be a perfect vanity pick.

I've enjoyed his NJPW run but there's just not enough for me to warrant a spot on my list right now. Even if he's super active at the tail end of the year there's a ton more guys I'd probably rather have.

Unless he has a few bangers at the end of the year he's not making my list. He's had a good year when he's wrestled, but he's going to need more than that to get on my list.
