I don't think he'll make my list this year. He was my number two last year and I think I regret not putting him at number one.
This fucking sucks.

Honestly I'll probably still rate him. Really liked both the Keith Lee and Sabre matches from Evolve, and I think he's generally good in NXT with the few opportunities he's gotten. Won't be high, but I can't dismiss him

He's at #39 on my list right now. So, he'll definitely make my Top 100. Loved his two EVOLVE matches to start the year. Think he's done fine with what's been given to him on NXT but clearly he has a role there and excels at it. And that role isn't to be the Best in the World. It's to teach and train and work with the younger guys.

Forgot the EVOLVE matches technically were this year. I did enjoy the Black match a fair bit too. I'll probably sneak him on somehow.

I love the Sabre match, think it ends that series and Hero's last night on the indies on a high note. His matches might only be coming once a month at best in NXT, but I still think they're enjoyable enough to put together a top 100 case before December. Great program with Hideo Itami.

I need to catch up on the last of his Evolve stuff, but Ohno's NXT run has been pretty underwhelming for reasons that are not entirely his fault. The few times he's been on TV he's almost always delivered (Black and Itami), but that's only when he's even allowed to appear. Even then, the matches are nowhere near his peaks from last year. But if the Evolve stuff is good he most likely makes my list.
