Ricochet

Being able to be seen on three brands has certainly upped his opportunities to shine and he's succeeded in showcasing what he can do exceptionally well.  I don't see him having the same upside as Black on the main roster, but I think he acclimated himself just fine, something I was concerned with.  The Gargano match, Halftime Heat and his unexpected tag team with Black all helped position him high in my early list.
