Raise your hand if you thought there would be a thread for him at the start of 2018. Now put your hand down, because if you did you're most likely lying. Dude has been a revelation this year. After doing nothing since Takeover Brooklyn back in 2015 he's had a great year already with 2 good matches against Mustafa Ali and a random banger on the Mania go home against Kalisto. He doesn't have a ton of volume, but if he keeps pumping out 4 star matches he's looking at a good spot on my list

He has certainly lived up to his nickname as the best kept secret in wrestling. I thought when they brought him in for his debut against Daivari they couldn't of given him someone worse to go out and impress against but the match was fine and since then he's gone on to have some very good matches with Ali and Kalisto. That 4 way match where he got the win to propel him to #1 contender status was great as well I thought. He's carrying himself as someone who belongs on this roster.
He's not quite at that top level of 205 Live's best performers like Kalisto, Gulak, Ali and Alexander, but he's right at the top of that 2nd tier. I can see him being a bottom 50 guy for me for sure in 2018.

He's gonna have to completely shit the bed for the rest of the year to not earn a spot. One of the best TV workers right now main roster or otherwise. That may not seem like a particularly high bar to clear thus far, but with 205Live's current emphasis on in-ring work, he absolutely stands out among a really deep field.

He literally had zero TV matches last year and is now a regular highlight of pay-per-views. He's had a great variety of opponents to work with but he's turned in a remarkable year. Another 205 guy who looks like he'll rank very high on my list.
