As a non-European diehard/OTT fan, I feel a bit under qualified to make the case for Devlin. Despite that trepidation, the fact that he's in my top 30 with me seeing only a dozen of his matches this years really speaks to the quality of a worker he is. I really enjoyed his run in the Progress SSST and obviously, his OTT stuff with Starr was fantastic. I will absolutely be seeking out more of his stuff in 2020 and probably will watch a few more of his 2019 matches before I finalize my list.
